What We Did

HF Brown carried out the HVAC installations for the multi-million-pound refurbishment of Ledston Hall in West Yorkshire. The project involved the creation of a new energy centre, including a gas boiler and gas-fired CHP, which in turn provides heat and hot water for 12 dwellings and the landlord’s area in the hall.

Our team at HF Brown was responsible for all HVAC installations, including pipework, radiators, plumbing, ventilation, and BEMS systems. The project ran for over two years and had a value of over 1 million pounds.
